Return / Exchange of Goods Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any goods from Babji Trading LLC (BT).
This policy explains the terms under which goods may be returned or exchanged.
Return of Goods – Eligible for Full Refund
Goods are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

Incorrect Delivery
- The goods delivered do not match your order.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The goods are returned to BT’s Ras Al Khor (Awir) location within three (3) days of delivery.

Damaged Goods
- The goods are damaged upon delivery.
- The buyer notifies BT immediately upon receipt.
- The goods remain in their original packaging.
- The goods are returned to BT’s Ras Al Khor (Awir) location within three (3) days of delivery.
Return of Goods – Eligible for Exchange
Goods are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

Ordered in Error
- The buyer placed the wrong order.
- The goods are in their original packaging
- returned to BT’s Ras Al Khor (Awir) location within three (3) days of delivery.

Size / Colour Issue
- The buyer ordered the wrong size or colour.
- The goods are in their original packaging
- returned to BT’s Ras Al Khor (Awir) location within three (3) days of delivery.

Change of Mind
- The buyer changed their mind after purchase.
- The goods are in their original packaging
- returned to BT’s Ras Al Khor (Awir) location within three (3) days of delivery.
All eligible exchange of Goods is subject to following conditions
- 15% service charge plus following delivery charges:
- AED 25 for Deira (Dubai), Sharjah Rolla, and Sharjah BM.
- AED 35 for Ajman, Ajman Jurf, Sharjah Sajja, and Musaffah.
- Credit Note will be issued within 3 days of return.
- The buyer may use the credit only after the credit note is issued.
- The credit note is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
